I have just about got the next release of gnome-python and pygtk ready. I
have put a test tarball of it up at:
  ftp://ftp.daa.com.au/pub/james/python/gnome-python-SNAP-19990803.tar.gz

Since the last snapshot, I have added support for creating gdk_imlib
images from numpy arrays, and the reverse (based on code from Travis),
added a libglade wrapper, and added some code to manipulate properties on
GdkWindows and get a windows X window ID.

This is pretty close to what the release version of the package will look
like, so I would like to hear about any bugs people find.

As before, if you don't have gnome, change to the pygtk directory after
unpacking the tarball and run configure/make from there.

James.
