[pygtk] release of canvas example: glogo

Hi, I've decided to prelease a front end I'm doing for ucblogo with the 
canvas. It's still a prototype but I consider it can be a valuable as 
example code.

You can check it at http://bq.unam.mx/~daniel/glogo

If you have any problem with the compilation of logo or the instalation
please tell me, I haven't any machine to check it.
