Ok, 

 You will find the code attached. It's a stripped down tar.gz version 
of what I am doing!

 Just run INSTALL and up-you go!

 The culprit is the /usr/local/GMatH/lib/GmatH that will go to 
/usr/local/lib/GMatH/GMatH or /usr/lib/GMatH/GMatH. The line is 351. 
Uncomment it and see for yourself.
