GtkAda is not GPL, it comes with a modified GPL that is actually more flexible
than the LGPL, see the special exception to understand this, so feel free to
use the GtkAda documentation with a LGPL licence, we (the GtkAda authors)
will be happy that you do so.
You may want to add a little note referencing GtkAda as the source, so that
people can check there for updates.
