[pygtk] reparenting/xid question

First off, how do you get the xid of a widget besides a window?
I am using sdl/smpeg and I have successfully reparented inside
a toplevel window, but I want to reparent it inside a frame, etc.

Also, can you reparent a window inside any other widgets??
