Well, tkInter has a pretty evil-looking file dialog for *nix, but it's
Windows counterpart looks pretty good. I can't remember if it lets you do
all you want, but I'm almost sure it does. Apart from that, it's really
easy to use. So if you're doing Win32 stuff, go ahead and check it out.
