1. Thats a bad URL.
2. Not 2.0. There does seem to be some gtkglarea 2 stuff at 
http://cvs.gnome.org/bonsai/rview.cgi?cvsroot=/cvs/gnome&dir=gtkglarea , 
but I can't find a simple tarball of gtkglarea2.
