Bear in mind that anoncvs.gnome.org is a round-robin DNS entry. It currently returns one of 138.100.8.6 and 130.239.18.151 (use 'dig anoncvs.gnome.org' to see these possibilities). So if you are seeing old data, try to manually specify one of the IP addresses (instead of anoncvs.gnome.org) and see if that hits the other server.
