Your program is probably deadlocking somewhere. One way of finding out
is to launch up gdb.


gtk functions are all called from the same thread. so I don't think I nead gdk.threads_enter/gdk.threads_leave function.

the thread is really finiched when I close my window. I tried to print sys.enumerate after it is closed, and this thread is not present.
