Matthew asked in FAQ 21.3, "Does the Win32 port support threading?", if
it was stale. The truth is I am not a win32 user, and I will likely
never be, so I'm a bad person to answer that question.
Can someone more clueful than me make sure it's up-to-date? I suspect
at least C�dric or John Hunter might know..
