I have just added a glory shiny menubar to my application using gtk.ItemFactory and noticed the DeprecationWarning. After a little research I figured, that gtk.UIManager in 2.4 reads its information from an XML file/string whose format is specified in the API documentation. Is there any class to create this XML from python code? What is the preferered way to use gtk.UIManager? Is there any tutorial around (google did not help)?
