Hi,
Using FAQ 8.12 http://www.async.com.br/faq/pygtk/index.py?req=show&file=faq08.012.htp , I was able to load my custom images and use them with the UI manager.
The problem is that the images don't look that great :(
How should an image be in order to blend nicely between the existing stock icons?
* what size should the image have?
* do I have to draw any 'dropped shadows' for the icon, or the GDK will do this and I only have to define the transparent area?
* can I use alfa transparency or just transparent and not-transparent?
* how many colors can I use?
* any other restrictions?
* any other suggestions?
* do I have to provide 2 icons, one for the menu and one for the toolbar?
