Thanks christian for providing a link, that helped me how to associate eventbox to the label and get the mouse events to be handled. I am running in to a different issue now that revolves around eventbox. I want to do the following, and I am unable to crack it down.
I have a label on my gtkwindow. I put an eventbox for this label. I want to use ACCELERATOR on this eventbox, for Example : CTRL-A, and signal emit to be popup_menu. Upon pressing CTRL-A, I want this signal emit and I showup another GTKwindow. I am unable to figure out how to acheive this. Any hints on this, would be very much appreciated.
