there is also webcore.sf.net
Is there? That's a web framework in PHP, isn't it?
http://gtk-webcore.sourceforge.net/, though I've only just found this.
and gtkmozembed in gnomepythonextras which I 'm not sure but may be complied without gnome {i bet} it sure needs gecko but not sure if it will work in windoz
Hmmm. This is an interesting point: Gustavo, do you guess how compilable would gtkmozembed be via g-p-e on win32?
There's someone working on the w32 gtkmozembed.dll (http://zacbowling.com/), but I've had a few adventures with it under Linux, specifically that it's segfaulting if the page you view has Flash on it, or returns an auth string request, so I'm currently looking for an alternative (Or finding a way around this). It might be my mozilla-dev package (From Debian) though.
Mostly as of about five minutes ago I'm looking at moving to gtk-webcore if it's any more stable.
