that script does a subset of HTML to textview tags.
If you modify it and you add support for more tags or whatever please make sure you post your fixes additions so community is aware.

another way is to use active X and the IE rendering egine, or install the Moz active X or wait for gtkmozembed to be ported in Windows as part of Evolution on windows.

I could not find it, but I remember a converstaion about the same question and using Active X and GTK+ in this list. seek the archives (the gmane ones, since the original archives stopped in June)
