No, 'reply all' replies to all (as advertised). It doesn't mean 'all in the mailing list' it means 'all addresses found in the email header'. So by using this you not only send a reply to the list, but an additional mail to the originator of said email. Who will be rightfully confused as to why he gets the same message *twice*.

Thunderbird, as has been mentioned, does not have such a feature. Except you compile it yourself with some magic and then use a special extension (search the web, I don't know what it's called off hand).
