I am trying to control mplayer by using a pipe . It works fine in linux, but under windows it first of all refuses to starts and complains about fcntl being absent. And after I remove it fails to work correctly ( the gui freezes up ). How can this be worked around so that it can work both in windows and linux. The code can be found at http://mpxtended.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mpxtended/ or http://abuccaneer.googlepages.com/mpXTdegree1release.tar.gz
How can this be worked out ? Abhinav
