As you noted there is not much content on the wikibooks pygtk book, so I 
think that I will continue to write it the way I have been with lyx and 
keep posting it on my website 
(http://majorsilence.com/rubbish/pygtk-book/).  However I may start 
merging what I have, sometime in the future, into the PyGTK wikibook as 
it will probably make it easier for others to contribute.  I will keep 
what I am writing under the GNU free documentation license as is used 
with the wikibooks project.
