In your glade file I see you have a Table and TextView inside some ScrolledWindows. However unlike TextView, Table does not have scrollable support. This means it does not know how to scroll itself when there are scrollbars around it. A viewport allows you to put any widget inside a ScrolledWindow.
To solve the problem, open your glade file, and delete the Table, add a Viewport inside the ScrolledWindow and then re-add your Table inside the Viewport.
