Looks like you either have a faulty movie_monkey.exe.manifest file
or you have embedded a faulty manifest directly into movie_monkey.exe.

Is movie_monkey.exe created with py2exe? Normally, it's latest
version (0.6.9) embeds a default manifest that should work out of the
box.
