I had the same problem trying to register. Yes, the FAQ has the answer,
if you think to go to the bottom of the home page to find the link to
the FAQ, and then to the bottom of the FAQ. I suggest putting this
information at the top of the View Tickets page, or maybe on the home
page; submitting tickets should be encouraged and made easy.
