Hi all,
In my quest to find the change log for PyInstaller 1.2, I downloaded it and
looked at the several files.
I found a problem with the readme file.
Inside PyInstaller_1.2 /README.txt file.

1)- There is no change log in that file aside from the non-descriptive and
un-filled template note::
Major changes in this release:
* __write_changes_here__
* many bug fixes.
2) The first line is out-of-date. It states:
PyInstaller version 1.0
