From the cmake user point of view here is what they see: http://gdcm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/gdcm/Sandbox/TestPyInstaller/CMakeLists.txt There is still one option I cannot access from the command line: OPTIMIZED. As far as I understand i need to manually edit the spec file to add: [('O','','OPTION')]. Is this correct ?
