I just try to apply that path http://www.pyinstaller.org/attachment/ticket/39/pyinstaller-trunk-r701-py26-win-tweaks-20090821.patch
and I reconfigure pyinstaller, clean up everything, and build it again. I notice that pyinstaller did't copy MSVCR90.DLL for me.
