Hi -

just looking at options for installing executables using python 2.6
(+wx, opengl...) and wondering what the current status is...

ticket 38 (http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/38) seems to imply
everything is fine if you download one of two options and add them to
the package

whereas ticket 39 (http://www.pyinstaller.org/ticket/39) seems to
imply the situation is more complex (a specific patch for a specific
revision).

and the homepage (http://www.pyinstaller.org) simply states that
"Python 2.6 on Windows is still not supported because of the SxS CRT
mess".

any updates?
any help needed?

Tim
