Ok - it's my fault for messing up my spec file. I had to put a lot of
debugging statements in to see what was happening.
The problem is that the SVG plugins depend on the Qt libQtXml.so
library to be loaded. I'm not using the XML library, so that was
stopping the plugins from working.
Ah sigh! That is an old warth...
The point is that the plugins are being treated as data files and thus
their dependencies are not followed. I will get at it, eventually.
