I think we are almost ready to get 1.5 out of the door.
If you are on Windows or Linux, you can consider the current SVN trunk
as a release candidate. Please, test it on your applications and report
any problem you find either on the mailing-list or the Trac. I'm mostly
interested in regressions right now, but if it's an easy bug (eg: a
simple missing hook) it might still slip in.
If you are on Mac, there are a few bugs that I would *really* like to
get fixed:

Lorenzo should be able to have a look on them during next week. Those
bugs have all patches or known workarounds floating around on the
Internet, so it's a matter of testing and committing; this is why it
makes sense to hold the release waiting for those.
