what are the directory contents after building? Can you post the full
build output?

popup although after that runs successfully. Strange behavior - seems
like there's nothing much left to customize.
I can also add that I found an old application I created with
Pyinstaller on a Win XP machine a while ago, and it runs fine on this
machine (as a standalone .exe).
