Something very strange (imho) is happening when I try and launch this
executable on my Win7 64 system (only sys I tried to run it on so far):
I get an UAC dialog ("Do you want to allow the following program from an
unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?"). Very unusual, has
never happened to me (with pyinstaller).
If I click OK in that dialog, I get the console window with the first
part of the debug output, then the R6034 error. After I click OK in the
error dialog, the second half of the output is displayed; after I close
the executable by hitting the return key, I get a Windows dialog "This
program might not have installed correctly" with the usual choices
"Reinstall using recommended settings" or "This program was installed
correctly".
Honestly, I have not the slightest idea what is going on there :)
Can anyone reproduce the behavior I described? (I should note that I
have UAC on the highest setting, but even returning it to the default
showed the same results)
