These I would put into PyInstaller/, too. Otherwise importing them would
require changes to PYTHONPATH. What about putting them into PyInstaller/lib?

Currently, the standard use of PyInstaller is to run Configure,
Makespec, Build. If these are goning to become only utilities, this
would mean changing the user experience. But beside this, I would not mind.
