Could you, please, verify that on the other testing system you are able
to run executables from /tmp directory?
yes I can do that (I copied /bin/ls to /tmp and ran /tmp/ls and it works)
Now I created the executable on the Ubuntu machine and it works on
the Debian one but not on RHEL (but this is expected as it now
requires a glibc >= 2.7).
