Hi,
whenever I build a package, I go confused by the lot of output in the
console. So I propose switching to the logging module. This would allow
fine-gained configuration of what message is gong to the console (and
maybe into a logfile).
The logging module is part of Python 2.3 and has been backported to
older versions.
What do you think?
