Hi,
in ticket #325 there is a request for an option
--additional-rthooks-dir. But run-time hooks work completly differend
than import hooks: There is a file `rthooks.dat`, which contains
mappings, see <http://www.pyinstaller.org/browser/trunk/rthooks.dat>.
Thus additional-rthooks-dir has to have different name and semantics.
What semantics should b implemented?
