Ok, fine. That means that my patch is ready. :-) I will attach a new patch to the AIX ticket. The patch is against the 1.5 branch (from which I checked out to revision 1697) and it applies cleanly. I would be happy to backport it to trunk, but if you could look through the 1.5 patch first, then I will wait for your comments before starting to avoid double work.
