The Bootloader exception of pyInstaller applies to the files in

    ./bootloader/
    ./PyInstaller/loader

So the bootloader exception applies to your case, but -- as I read the
exception -- only for unmodified files.

Nevertheless we would appreciate if you'd release your program under GPL
or another Open Source licence. We (the developers) spend a lot of time
on PyInstaller and would appreciate some reward in form of contributions
to the free software community :-)
