IMHO no, as we are currently working hard on closing it. > Am I likely doing something dumb, or are there known failures on that > branch? Is it helpful if I investigate them? My initial goal is to > make it really easy and obvious what to do for new potential > contributors like me. Our main setup on how to run tests is in .travis.yml and appvayor.yml. The old suite -- which you already discovered in your other post :-) is not integrated here. Any help in porting these old test to the new test-suite is welcome. Ideally there are *no* test failing in CI. (This is why even we core-developers are using branches for bigger changes.) If you have failing tests, this could be a sign that we something :-) So please submit some more details. I suggest you are getting a travis- and appveyor-account for your github-fork, so you can push to your fork and see if tests pass ASAP. -- Schönen Gruß Hartmut Goebel Dipl.-Informatiker (univ), CISSP, CSSLP Information Security Management, Security Governance, Secure Software Development Goebel Consult, Landshut http://www.goebel-consult.de Blog: http://www.goebel-consult.de/blog/liberario-als-alternative-zum-db-navigator-und-zu-offi Kolumne: http://www.cissp-gefluester.de/2010-06-adobe-und-der-maiszunsler -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "PyInstaller" group.
