IMHO no, as we are currently working hard on closing it.

Our main setup on how to run tests is in .travis.yml and appvayor.yml.
The old suite -- which you already discovered in your other post :-) is
not integrated here. Any help in porting these old test to the new
test-suite is welcome.

Ideally there are *no* test failing in CI. (This is why even we
core-developers are using branches for bigger changes.) If you have
failing tests, this could be a sign that we something :-) So please
submit some more details.

I suggest you are getting a travis- and appveyor-account for your
github-fork, so you can push to your fork and see if tests pass ASAP.
