Placing the files on a path without any special characters such as
spaces and exclamation marks would be a very good start - you should
also avoid &()* etc. basically safe paths have only the characters a to
z A to Z and 0 to 9 and underscore. I am not saying that this is
definitely your problem but it would be a very good move to sort out
first as a lot of tools will have problems with this.
