Well, the PyInstaller documentation is far from perfect, and maybe the developers are not so quick to answer to emails, but I think you're pretending too much.
If you don't mind to waste time describing your problem (in your case at least you missed the Operating System, PyInstaller version, if it runs with a simple -V option, if it can compile a simple test, ....) I think that it will be hard to get help from anyone.
