Pyinstall will not compile with timezonefinder packages. I am getting this
error when
compiling:c:\python37\lib\site-packages\PyInstaller\hooks\hook-clr.py",
line 37, in <module>
raise Exception(pyruntime + ' not found')
Exception: Python.Runtime not found
I am on windows 10
