I had a similar thing (quite a while ago now). Via google, I was able
to fill in a report on a Microsoft website, upload the exe, which they
test in some sandbox environment, and within hours/days the MS antivirus
stuff is updated and app was no longer reported as a virus. This seems
to all be automated and fast (assuming your app doesn't do anything funky).

Hello,
I created an exe file with the pyinstaller.
I uploaded the exe file to my google drive and shared it with friends.
When my friends try to download the file they get a message "Sorry,
this file is infected with a virus".
Any feedback will be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
S. Lazar
