There is a way to blacklist files although it’s not very streamlined. See this answer <https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/issues/5014#issuecomment-661320249>. Definitely excluding anything you can mark as a yum/rpm dependency is a good way to avoid these kinds of incompatibilities.
