Wo-w! Great, I finally got the idea! That _is_ a good idea for a logo,
I must admit.

Weired, I now do see the logo in somewhat a different light. You
probably remember, I said in a recent e-mail that it may be a good
idea to run a "logo contest" and do a "visual face lift" to the pyjs
website (including the wiki). Celebration is a good point, though.
That must stay.

When I wrote the questions above I had a different idea of a new logo:
"Why not a green snake wearing a pyjama? Or a combination of the
Python and a JavaScript logo (if there is any), on a (sexy girl
wearing a) pyjama."

But, actually, celebration, first of all, hits the nail on the head
and is much better as a metaphor. And a pyjama really should stay out
of the picture: It's about Py(hon) and J(ava)S(cript), not sleepy
heads. Finally, why by all means there must the two technology players
be depicted in a project logo? Celebration is much better! Maybe we
should add some 3D effects and try others colours. I'll see if I can
get a designer colleague generate some ideas or even design
suggestions for the Pyjamas logo, next week!

My design (and drawing) capabilities are not much more, if not much
less, elaborated than yours. So I'm not of much help directly... But
as a gourmet and gourmant I know some excellent cooks, let's see...
:-P

Cheers, Peter
