Split gwt and pyjamas functionality for DialogBox and PopupPanel
for example, i was not consulted on whether this would be suitable.
nor informed that it would take place. now i have moved the files
back, some functionality has now been destroyed.
having two sets of files, one called "gwt" and one called "pyjamas" is
*massively* confusing.
if i, as the lead developer, do not understand what the fuck is going
on, how the hell can anyone else understand it? i'm supposed to be
the one that keeps everything together, advises people how it all
works.
if i don't even _know_ how it works, because i haven't been consulted
nor informed of decisions how the bloody hell am i supposed to do
that??
