 ok i've discovered a number of really odd files, and a couple of
modules that had overrides but err.... no module!
DOMOldMoz.mozilla.py, loader.browser.py - these were entirely hidden
from view, in __*__ subdirectories that not even i ever looked at.
now they got moved, ended up "in yer face" they can't be ignored, and
were obvious at a glance.  now they're gone.

 hurrah.

 if anyone spots anything similarly borked, please do say so.
