What you're doing is not "leading by example". It's not leading. A leader cultivates more leaders. This is wanton disregard of reality, because no one gives a shit about www or not, and changes nothing. In fact, you've only succeeded at indirectly disrespecting and deterring many capable contributors. I can look at the list database and several prominent names are no longer listening. Please be a leader by acknowledging the competence and request of your peers.
