this is getting nowhere, and is wasting time. i will not be reading nor responding to any further messages with the subject "promoting pyjamas", despite it being the subject "promoting pyjamas".
i really do not have the time or the desire to go "defending" the decisions that i make. it makes me look like a complete fool to have to constantly go on the defensive. i have enough to do already without having to be expected to "defend" or justify decisions. i cannot explain absolutely every decision. now will you _please_ get off my case, stop wasting my time and yours, accept that there are areas that are not up for debate, because no good reasons have been presented, and/or a decision has been made. in areas where i do not have any expertise or any specific goals, you are absolutely and without hesitation ENTIRELY free to do WHATEVER you choose (as long as it is not disruptive). lukasz, pascal - please get this absolutely clear in your head: that you do not "understand" my reasoning is completely and utterly irrelevant. i understand *your* reasoning; i'm the one making the decisions, that's my role to understand the pros and cons. i make a decision: that's the end of it. you present reasoning to me: i weight it up, against the other reasoning, and i make a decision. you don't have to understand that decision, you do not have to like that decision, you do not have to accept that decision. now will you please STOP wasting my time questioning and quibbling about the decisions that i make, and focus on the areas which need improvement, specifically those where there is (between all of us) no knowledge or expertise, and where we can learn as a community? thank you.
