 in theory yes... as long as you bear in mind that if it's 2 js files
being loaded that's now 2 HTTP requests which results in a roundtrip
delay.

 i'm tempted to say that if people really want to make their own
bootstrap loader, copying it isn't such a big deal: if they've got
good taste, sense and decency they'll submit it as a patch for use by
everyone else.

 at the point where we have _three_ separate loaders or even 4, i'd
then be inclined to think "hmmm..."
