[PyKDE] Beginner's question: install .tgz?

Hello,

I have "detarred" the .tgz files and tried to run ./configure. But I always
get the message, that sip.h could not be found. I have installed the sip
module, so there are files like sip*.h, but no sip.h. Do I need another
file?
Please help
