[PyKDE] KWM in PyKDE missing?

Hello, 

I was wondering why KWM was missing from the PyKDE distribution.  It would
be useful for building applications that dock on the panel as well as
controlling how an application interacts with the window manager.  Most of
the functions require a "Window" parameter which comes from the .winId
property of all QWidgets.  I was working on an application that requires
this and was looking for the interface for it.
