Ok, I'm looking into it now - it makes me wonder how people generally
use dialog boxes. I tend to use separate files for each dialog.

I'm not going to try to port the wonderful gui builders that exist for
other widget sets - it would mean that I would have to get that
widget set installed (difficult in the case of wxWindows), and learn it,
too.
